Tech Repair Services

If you live in the Lebanon, Pennsylvania area, we do offer some basic computer repair and tech cleaning services.  Currently we operate by appointment only, so please email us at techhelp@addictedgeeks.com or setup an appointment on our booking page.

Please be aware that this is not a free service.  We do not give out free advice due to the time it takes to look into an issue and communicate back and forth.  We know PC maintenance can be expensive, but we try to keep our prices lower than other repair services.

All clients seeking tech services must agree and sign our tech services contract.

COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICES

Diagnosis - $25
Not sure what's wrong with your computer?  We will look at it for you and tell you the problems and what it will take to fix it.

Basic Cleanup - $50
Slow computer?  We will do a basic cleanup of your computer to keep it running smoothly.  This also includes a PC diagnosis to determine if there are any other problems.

Virus/Malware Removal - $75
Do you have a virus or malware?  We will remove any viruses or malware from your computer.

Data Recovery - $100+
This is what we do best.  We will recover data from a non-functioning computer if the hard drive still retains the data and is functioning enough for data retrieval.  Prices vary depending on hard drive condition and the amount of data.  There is no charge if data cannot be retrieved.

Other - $20+
Other services for PC or mobile devices (smartphone/tablet) are provided on a case-by-case basis.  Contact us with the details of your tech problem and we will determine if we can help you.
