At Addicted Geeks, we understand the passion and anticipation of a new purchase. We are committed to getting your order processed and delivered to you as soon as possible.

 

Items Shipping to the United States

Items shipped directly from our location can take up two weeks to ship out, but we try to get them out as soon as possible.  We are a small team, so we ask that you be patient.  Orders are only sent out on weekdays, so an order placed on a Friday will likely not ship out until Monday at the earliest.

We ship via UPS from Lebanon, Pennsylvania.  Typically, UPS will deliver your order within 2 to 5 business days after it ships.

We currently are unable to offer US Postal Service shipping at this time.

Note: UPS requires a phone number for shipping.  We do NOT send advertisements via text messages or phone calls (because we hate that kind of marketing).  If no phone number is provided, USPS will be used when possible, or your order may be canceled.  Shipping refunds or partial refunds will NOT be issued for shipping changes due to missing information.  If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will cancel it and issue you a refund.

Delivery times may increase during the holiday season.  Shipping costs can be viewed before the order is finalized and are either a flat fee or calculated based on weight, depending on the item.  A small fee is added to the shipping cost to allow for packaging materials to protect your purchase.  This fee is included in the shipping cost you see before the order is finalized.

Some items, such as t-shirts, ship directly from our supplier, so your order might arrive in more than one package and can arrive on different days.  These items may take longer to arrive and are usually shipped via USPS.  The shipping fees are included in your total before checkout and usually are the same as if the items would have shipped from the same location.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally via UPS Standard.  Delivery time is usually between 3-10 business days once the order has shipped.  Shipping times may increase during peak seasons and can be affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to international relations, we are unable to ship to Russia at this time.

 

Shipping Costs

Depending on the item, shipping costs are either a flat fee or automatically calculated based on item weight and estimated package weight.  We add a small percentage to all shipping costs to allow us to add air packs or paper padding to better protect your items.

 

Damaged Items

We do our best to make sure your order is packaged so it is not damaged in transit, but we know that sometimes these things happen.  If your order arrives broken, or if you never received your order, please contact us right away at support@addictedgeeks.com.
