Items Shipping from the United States
Items shipped directly from our location can take up 3 business days to ship out. We send via UPS and US Postal Service from Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Typically, UPS will deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days, and USPS will deliver within 2 to 8 business days. Delivery times may be increased during the holiday season. Shipping costs can be viewed before the order is finalized.
Some items do ships from other locations, so your order might arrive in more than one package and can arrive on different days. These shipping fees are included in you total before checkout and usually are the same as if the items would have shipped from the same location.
Orders Shipping from Abroad
Because items shipping from abroad often take much longer to arrive, we do not charge shipping on those items.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and shipping partner process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.
Additional Shipping Fees, Taxes, etc.
Many of our items ship from abroad. Any international import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, not Addicted Geeks.
We do our best to make sure your order it packaged so it is not damaged in transit, but we know that sometimes these things happen. If your order arrives broken, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org.
