Items Shipping to the United States
Items shipped directly from our location can take up 3 business days to ship out. Orders are only sent out on weekdays, so an order placed on a Friday evening will not ship out until Monday.
We ship mostly via UPS from Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Typically, UPS will deliver your order within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are usually sent out every weekday.
Smaller packages may have the option to ship via US Postal Service. These orders are slower to go out due to unreliable service in our area, so they might take an extra few days to ship. Because of this, we highly recommend selecting UPS. Postal shipments are usually delivered within 2 to 8 business days, but can take longer.
Note: UPS requires a phone number for shipping. We do NOT advertise via text messages or phone calls (because we hate that kind of marketing). If no phone number is provided, USPS will be used when possible. Shipping refunds or partial refunds will NOT be issued for shipping changes due missing information. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will cancel it and issue you a refund.
Delivery times may increase during the holiday season. Shipping costs can be viewed before the order is finalized and are calculate based on weight.
Some items, such as t-shirts, ship directly from our supplier, so your order might arrive in more than one package and can arrive on different days. These items may take longer to arrive and are usually shipped via USPS. The shipping fees are included in your total before checkout and usually are the same as if the items would have shipped from the same location.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on item weight and estimated package weight. We add a small percentage to all shipping costs to account for Shopify's common miscalculations of total weight and to allow us to add air packs or paper padding to better protect your items.
We do our best to make sure your order it packaged so it is not damaged in transit, but we know that sometimes these things happen. If your order arrives broken, please contact us right away at email@example.com.
